Gains kept, what do you guys think?

Well after a lot of half assed cycles, or rather one long cycle with some low dose cruises (being deployed you dont get that much sleep, eat, or workout), I seem to have stabilized my gains. I'm 100% off right now, and have been for some time.

I'm 6'4" and 247 right now. At the start of my long cycle about 7 months ago, I was 219lbs, and not lean 219 either, but had a gut if you can believe that. I shot up to 257 at the peak of my cycle, and no matter what I did I could not break 260. So what do you guys think, from 219 to 247 lean muscle, good gains? In the mirror it looks like I've gotten smaller than when I was 260, but I think most of that was water bloat, mostly in the face and shoulders. Didn't mind the bloat in the shoulder area, but in the face, not so much fun.

What kind of gains do you think I should expect on my next cycle now that I have the chance to eat, hit the gym, and sleep right in the states? On a 12 week 500 mg test, with first four 50 mg D-bol a day, and 250 Equipoise weekly for 12 weeks? 270?
 
damn good job bro. good gains. I'm assuming you used test cyp with maybe dbol? ya water weight not fun when you got a moon face. I couldn't tell you a magical number, too many factors.
 
Oh my gains were almost all upper body, as I could not work out my legs. I had to walk all over the places every day and couldn't risk them being sore from a work out. I used Test E, lots of it, with some weeks Sust instead, and started the cycle with a month of dbol, only 30 mg a day.

I used HCG 5000 ius once week for three weeks midway through, and some nolvadex for sore nipples that popped up from time to time. I would have been hard to explain growing boobs to the medics. I wasn't having that,lol.

My PCT was somewhat old school. 3 months long. 50 mg proviron for the first month with 10 mg d bol. 5000ius every 5 days for three 5 day cycles (15 days and 15000 iu's total). 100mg nolvadex first 10 days, then stepping down to 7 for 10 days, 5 for 10, until I was down to two a day for the rest of the three months. I had a lot of Nolvadex around.
 
Oh, we had one guy at work that shot up 750mg of Deca a day, thats right a day, for a month. Not very wise to say the least. All that got him wasa giant cyst - mother of all pimples the size of a half dollar on his back.
