Gains after Dbol ends (weeks 4-10)?

I am running test @ 600 and deca @ 500 for 10 weeks. I am also using ref-b (37-50mg/day) for the first four weeks. It has been 2 weeks since the start and I have put on 14 lbs. I am 6', 221 lbs now up from 207 lbs when I started. 10% bf.

My question is how much more weight should I gain after my dbol ends. Will I just put on a few pounds from week 4-10 and solidify my dbol gains or will I put on a lot more after the dbol ends? I know everyone is different but what have you guys experience with similar cycles. Is there going to be an upward climb in weight throughout the entire cycle or will there be a slow decrease in gains after the dbol? Thanks.
 
Keep in mind alot of your "gains" are simply water. Try as you might, you will not solidify water gains.

If you're doing everything right, you should put on weight the entire cycle. Once you're good and bloated, it'll come on slower, but assuming you're eating to grow, you will grow. Hopefully your training and diet are conducive to taking advantage of the gear and growing muscle.

Don't freak out post cycle when some of those rapid "gains" are rapidly lost. 6 weeks after whatever post-cycle you do, let us know what real gains were made.
 
I would think that you may even lose a bit of weight when you stop the dbol. But then again, you'll probably be bloated enough off the test/deca. are you using Ldex or Adex, nolva maybe?

Grrrr! That's one reason for taking creatine, but not the primary method of action through which it works. Look into the ATP/PC system of metabolism.
 
Made good gains weeks 1-4 from dbol. Currently End of 7th week sus. Havent gained much at all after dbol but haven't lost weight either. Strength still climbing. will it be fair to stay I won't put much more on but just solidify the dbol gains? Diet Training on Par

check thread dates necro lol. I would say that is accurate to say.
 
Is it bad to bring up old posts? I didn't want to start a new one without searching first and this thread was exactly what I wanted to know.

not sure depends on the thread I guess, but you can always make more than 1 thread if you wanted to search and then make another to ask a question or just update your orginal thread :D
