Gaining weight while juicing

I've taken 250 mg of sust and 400 mg of enanthate,which is 650 mg per week,my diet has been 2800 cal,400 carbs,180 prot.and 40 fat and 64 oz of water a day,thid has been for 3 weeks and my weight is the same,but my strenght is up,I weight 160 and i am trying to but of more size,when will I start seeing it or do you suggest something different. I do 1 body part a day and it consists of Back 20 sets for 10,8,6 reps
chest 20 sets for 10,8,6 reps
same for legs
same for delts
bis and tris 16 sets for each and I try to get 10 reps

If anyone has any better ideas please let me know,I want to get to 180lbs and how am I going to do that,please help.
 
Bro....you should probably cut your workload down considerably, around 12 sets for chest, back, and legs....and 6-9 sets for the rest. You should generally eat more protein, drink more water, and ingest more calories if you wanna put on weight.
 
back down the number of sets..geez...how long are u in there for??also...up your calories...i am guessing your metablism is real high so up the cals...also..how tall r u and what is your bf%??guess....
 
180 protein is nothing bro. 2 shakes should be giving you around 120g to like 160g... If you start taking 2 protein shakes and add that into your current diet, you're up to like 300g protein right there!
