Gaining weight while dieting on gear?

Allright here is the deal. I have 4 weeks left of my fina and test cycle and have gone from 218 lbs to 261 lbs which was what I weighed about 6 days ago. These last 4 weeks I have decided to cut down on the carbs and keep them anywhere around 200 to 250 grams and the protein sky high. I am doing cardio every other day after workouts for 16 minutes really intense. I am 20 years old, 6'1'' and my bf is somewhere around 8%(estimated). Anyways this is my 5th day doing this and my low weight on the scale was 254 lbs a few days ago because I lost some water right away, but today I was a tad over 258 lbs and I am getting leaner everyday. I know I am getting leaner because I start getting a bit more vascular everyday and simply just by looking in the mirror. My question is would it be possible to continue getting leaner and still gain weight or at least remain the same weight. I seem to gain muscle very easily, but this would shock me if I could keep this up.
 
I believe it can be done. My current training since June I stayed around 222lbs until last week when I got sick and crashed- I posted about it the other day regarding clen. With test and fina I just got leaner at the same weight. I was expecting to lose some pounds over time, not the hard way.
 
Try keeping your protein very high. Eat a lot of clean calories during the day. The carbs don't all have to be all complex - I have a glass of juice and choc. milk during the day. After 6:00 PM don't eat any carbs - eggs, chicken caesar, caseinate, natural peanut butter, etc. Drop the cardio, or only do light cardio once in awhile. You'll burn too much muscle.

I've been doing this for a couple weeks, running 75 Tren EOD and 400mg Test Enanthate per week. I've gone from 182 - 189lbs and dropped 1-2% body fat (guessing).
