So I'm supposed to be cutting yet in 4 weeks I've put on about 8lbs lol. 6'2 243lbs at about 16% bf for stats. I'm running 75mg of Winnie oral a day and 500mg of test e. My diet has been a little off due to some unforeseen circumstances after I started, but even on a bad day I eat maintenance (usually less). The only positives I can say is my stomach is down about a 1/2 inch and my arms are much more vascular. So it seems as if I'm dropping fat and gaining muscle (still killing it 4-5 days a week in the gym).
Basically any ideas? Should I adjust levels? Adjust food intake? Be happy with the size and strength increase? Pound sand?
