Ok here it is. Im posting here cause not many people visit the Diet area. I have a diet that looks like this:
Day 1-4 Proteins 360
Carbs 101
Fats 50
Calories 2400ish
Day 5 and 6 Proteins 220
Carbs 220
Fats 70
Calories 2600ish
Day 7 Proteins 100
Carbs 770
Fats 80
Calories 2800ish
I have it on an excel format so i cant post it. But my question is how long would ya run it? And since i started about 2 weeks ago i have GAINED weight , not lost any. i look a little leaner but i dont understaind the weight gain. Is it the high amounts of protein?. My stats are :
5'10" 26 years old

13ish BF (want to get to 9ish)
Workout 4 times a wekk with cardio every other day as well as baseball. Im not on As as of right now. If anybody would help me it would be great. i can email the diet to look at if needed. thanks bros!!
