Gaining Weight . . Not losing it?

Ok here it is. Im posting here cause not many people visit the Diet area. I have a diet that looks like this:

Day 1-4 Proteins 360
Carbs 101
Fats 50

Calories 2400ish

Day 5 and 6 Proteins 220
Carbs 220
Fats 70

Calories 2600ish

Day 7 Proteins 100
Carbs 770
Fats 80

Calories 2800ish

I have it on an excel format so i cant post it. But my question is how long would ya run it? And since i started about 2 weeks ago i have GAINED weight , not lost any. i look a little leaner but i dont understaind the weight gain. Is it the high amounts of protein?. My stats are :

5'10" 26 years old
206
13ish BF (want to get to 9ish)
Workout 4 times a wekk with cardio every other day as well as baseball. Im not on As as of right now. If anybody would help me it would be great. i can email the diet to look at if needed. thanks bros!!

For me, its all about the average carbs for the week. Your weekly carbs look to average 250grams a day. I would not lose weight on this average (maybe water weight the first week or so if I had been eating like crap previously). Also, I don't agree with dropping protein even for a day or so. So, I don't know what your specific goals are, but, if you want to lose fat consider dropping your weekly average carbs. You could lower it 50grams per week for example. Also - I wouldn't vary it so dramatically. Run it at variances of 25% around the weekly average.

Hey bro, what's with this carb rotation bullshit? That's only usefull if you are in the lower end of BF % (<10%)

Your mood swings are going to really suck of this diet...up and down

Start off with a more stable diet and then whne you reach 10% or so and fat loss slows down, you start carb rotation

Start with 30% carbs/50% protein/20% fat and after a few weeks move to 20%carbs/60% protein/20% fat and then carb rotation...one step at a time.
