Have any of you benefited, put on mass, while doing split sessions of cardio 1st thing in the am and then training at night????? Since starting this 3 weeks ago, and increasing my cals two fold, the scale barely budges.......either does my strength.........wondering if I should nix the cardio or increase the cals.......I also havt had a day when I didnt break a sweat (at least with cardio) for years........lol.........that could be a prob.!!!
