Hey. I have been bodybuilding for around 10 years and have made great gains. My diet has relied mostly on whole food with a lot of lean meats. A little over 8 months ago i was in an accident and had to have a large part of my stomach removed. I'm now ready to get back to lifting to try and gain back the 50 or so lbs i've lost. My problem is that i can't eat more than a couple chicken breasts a day. Do you think MRP's and protein powder would work to get my daily protein intake? I have a dietician but he's full of shit. He told me that i only need 50 grams of protein a day to put on muscle......HELP!!
