Gaining mass and cutting simultaneously ?

In all my years of lifting, I've never come across any scientific data that shows you can gain muscle mass and reduce fat at the same time. It's always been one or the other. But after reading many of the posts on this board ,it does indicate that it is possible with drugs. Are there any steroids that can really do this ,and if so which are the best ?
 
It is possible but not very effective for either losing fat or gaining LBM.

The best compound for that is GH but it is very expensive. The next best ting is primobolan but you will not see any dramatic effects due to its mild nature.

The best thing to do is to build up mass with gear, then wait a couple months and then cut away the fat with gear and a low calorie diet.

With Primo being so mild, wouldn't it be possible to stay on it for an extended length of time, and reach the same results as if you took one bulking cycle followed in a few months by a cutting cycle?

Yes, you could bridge the two cycle while using 200mg of primo throughout but your AR might not be as receptive after 3 months.
 
During your VERY FIRST few months of working out, it is possible even without tha aid of drugs.

After that it'll be hard, but who's to say it can't be done.

I guess I should enjoy these first few months, huh? :) I've been gaining muscle at the same rate that I've lost fat. I've gone from 180lbs @20% to 9%.
 
I will add that adding muscle while losing fat is common in beginners and those who have had a long layoff. Kevin Levrone???
 
i tryed to gain muscle and lose fat wow was that dumb. i was on a gram of test, d-bol and alot of equipose i started at 192 i was eating bout 2200 cals a day and and about 200 grams of protien a day i went on like that for 3-4 weeks i went from 192 to 196 ...it was a real waste on a mega cycle i gained 4 pounds if i was eating a real lot of food i would have gotten at least 15 muscular pounds on that cycle dom ,

AS MY FRIST CYCLE WAS SUS AND DECA ( 500 MG AND 400MG A WEEK RESPECTIVLY ),I MUST AGREE WITH THE EXPERANCED GUYS ,I WAS ABLE TO DROP TONS OF BODY FAT AND GAIN MUCLE . IT WAS REALLY GREAT ,SINCE THEN I HAVE DONE A 3 WEEK CYCLE OF DNP AND GOT BETTER RESULTS FROM THE GEAR THAN THE DNP WITH THE FAT LOSS ,GO FIGURE!!
