Here's my present deal for anyone who cares.
I just finished my 3rd cycle of DNP. I took 4 grams over 7 days, actually 6. I kept my calories around 1200 every day (at 185lbs 9% to start with). Ate no carbs, except for 20-30 oz of Pepsi / day. My last dose was 6 days ago, and for the past 6 days I have stayed at no carbs (even less Pepsi) and about 1200k / day. Last night then I did a full "depletion" workout, even though technucally I was already totally depleted. This morning I started my carb up for my rebound. Lots of Whole Wheat Eggos with Fat free Ice Cream and Chocolate Syrup, Oatmeal and Protein, and a big Fast Food value meal for dinner (not the best choice, but it's only going to be one meal like that). And man that stuff is tearing my stomach up, I've been farting and shitting all day, still feeling pretty lean though. I used to carb up for 3-4 days, but this go around I'm just going to do two, just to be safe. Last night I weighed 174lbs, but that was totally depleted. I'd guess I lost 6-7 lbs of fat, not bad for 6 days of hell.
After tomorrow, which will much more mild of a carb up than today, I'm back on a strict diet keeping carbs at about 30%, Protein 50% and fat 20%. I'm going to stick with this set up till I get to 5%. For the next 4 weeks I may start doing high dose 1 or 2 day / week DNP doses (probably 800-1000mg), working out on the remaining 4 days. I'll let everyone know how that works, I don't like not training for two weeks, even if I am still losing a pound a day. In summary, you'll only rebound if you eat like shit afterwards.
