gainers on a bulk cycle

Are gainers fully necessary for a bulk cycle?
I´m taking 3 shakes of whey protein a day, lots of steak, chicken,
rice and eggs all in 4 big meals a day. Is this enough?
I have one 2500 kcal gainer from twinlab but i cant drink more of that shit, it makes me sick and my stomach weigh a ton.
Can a good meal as describe substitute that poison?
 
They are not nessacary, but can help with your overall calorie intake. A good meal can usually supply the right amount of calories. Try to eat every 2-3 hours. Take at least a gram of protein per pound of bodyweight, I like 1.5-2 grams. If you are fairly lean now and trying to put in weight I would eat as much good food as possible and throw in some pizza, burgers, etc; once a day.
 
No Replacement for the real deal.

Although powders "supplement" your protein - studies have shown good old fashioned food will put some mass on your ass. They are good before you hit the sack for that extra bit of protein. Don't replace them for the real deal. I am eating everything right now. Kind of sux, I am going from a 29" waist to 31". I am sure after I lean out I will be back at 30".

Make sure you are eating lean meat. Not to much fat. Remember that Juice can make plaque build up quicker in your arteries.

How much protein hold a cow steak? A big one, lets say 350-400g. There is any diference between natural protein and shake protein?
And multi-vitaminic complex? What does it do on a bulk´s cycle are them a must?
 
gainers make me fat.....real food and whey/flax/metrx/post w/o shakes keep me leaner. just me, but i steer clear of gainers even if they are complex carb type. only use liquid carbs in a pinch or after a w/o. they just fuck me up and make me fat for some reason no matter what i do or take with them. maybe high dose anabolics like i am on now would change all that...not sure.

Weight gainers are over priced. Just buy some maltodextrin and whey and mix them yuorself. Maltdoxextrin, that is what carbs of gainers mostly are. Other bad think in gainers are that they have so little protein, so why to pay much money for carbs?

metrx is a slow release protein, plus whey, with a small amount of carbs, meal replacement drink. and flax is flax seed oil, or an Essential fat oil.
 
To gain A LOT of size, you must eat a minimum of 6 meals a day and no more than 2 of those meals should consist of protein powder and/or Carb Supplement (Dextrose).

A large meal consisting of Protein powders should be consumed 30-60 minutes post-workout to be most effective.

Otherwise, stick to REAL food as oftenas possible.
 
I drink a gallon of milk a day and 4 meals a day. I tried that protein shit, but I couldn't stick with it. I tastes like garbage to me. I have gained 35lbs in 6 months doing this and about 85% of that weight is muscle.
