Are gainers fully necessary for a bulk cycle?
I´m taking 3 shakes of whey protein a day, lots of steak, chicken,
rice and eggs all in 4 big meals a day. Is this enough?
I have one 2500 kcal gainer from twinlab but i cant drink more of that shit, it makes me sick and my stomach weigh a ton.
Can a good meal as describe substitute that poison?
