gained 10lbs on M1T.. best way not to lose it?

Well my friend gave me some methyl 1-test for free because he didnt want it anymore, and I used it (2 pills a day).

I've gained about 10 pounds, a look a LOT bigger and have gotten tons of comments since I started. Strength is through the roof.

Some one i talked to stopped using it after 10lbs gain, and lost most of it but he had no post cycle therapy at all..

I'm using 6-oxo and ZMA when coming off.. is there anything else I can do to minimize the loss?
 
eat food, lift heavy weights. Lot's of people loose the intensity they once had while on cycle, post cycle... simply because mentally they don't feel the lifting motivation that being "on" gives you.
 
I have heard many people who lost all gains. No need to take this stuff
 
My upcoming M1T cycle will be about the first 6 weeks of a longer T cycle. Staying on the T should help solidify the gains and ease the transition off of M1T. I also do not think you should run M1T without T, cause it will (quickly and deeply) cease your natural T production.

So it is powerful stuff thus can lead to a crash, this is why people lose gains. You need to plan for a transition period prior to even going into PCT. Then PCT needs to be just like coming off any other cycle - hcg and clomid, etc.

As far as training goes during this period I prefer lighter, brief workouts (although still intense), I only transition back into harder and heavier workouts once I am sure recovery is complete.
 
cycle is about 3 weeks.

I'm planning on tapering down to 1 tab a day for 3 days, then using the 6-oxo...

thats the best I can do.. anything else I should do to help?
