Would like to know a product that can enhance recovery, specifically from leg days :)

Or else I might need to buy:

Legs days are deceptive are they not?

there are so many reasons why that is the routine all should do most of the time.
 
Deceptive is a very good word. I thought I was chill to walk the 3/4 mile home. Less than halfway, I felt like puking lol. Jack the Ripper could have been charging me with a chainsaw and I would've given up within half a block. Now I will drive on leg days, lesson learned.

I was going to ask if I could do bleachers for cardio. Nix that. Would be on hands and knees very quickly. But, worth it, I see a slight improvement in the calves. 4 days later. I hope its not my imagination!

I know how u feel :rolleyes:. I sampled the legs days most of the people have posted and i was truely in for a surprise i could barely walk a few minutes after i was done but it felt so good i just wanted more :evil:

I sampled it too. I was able to walk alright. Its just when I hopped out of the truck that sucked.... :worried:

Most people I know think I am a puss because I move like a 90 year old man with ILS and two fake knees

Except for in the gym, on the leg equipment that nobody uses because everyday is chest bis abs for the frat boys...

Omega. Is stage two another world of pain?

Could one realistically repeat stage one to bulk again and again or is stage two a necessary part of this process?

I sound like an old man grunting and puffing trying to move around the house after leg day. Getting off the couch or toilet is very difficult. I'm thinking of installing hand rails in the bathroom. My wife laughs at me when she sees me hobbling around. working out hard is like having self inflicted MS!
