G-Plenish

Is there something you can mix with this that doesn't need a blender? My shaker cup didn't get the job done and I don't bring my blender to work. Just curious or I will juts use in the AM and Post workout when i am home.
 
Hi

you can can put it the shaker cup with your other DRY contents,

then do a "dry shake" to mix those contents thouroughly

then add your chosen liquid and
shake again

this should do it =)

sorry I know its a bit of a pain...........

If that does not work for you keep in mind G-plenish is dose dependant not timing dependant.

this came form the customers

basically as long as you take your requisite dose each day

(2-3 Huge tablespoons you'll be fine)

so don't sweat not taking it just after a workout

This definitely works... I discovered it after a few days of eating G-plenish chunks in my post work-out shake....lol

I added Gplenish two weeks ago... My diet has remained the same... I am currently doing controlled bulking diet.

Anyway, my overall fullness and strength seems to be much improved. My recovery is definitely better and my work-outs have been much better in regards to stamina. I am 100% completely sold on the stuff... It will be a staple in my supplement regimen forever.

As for the dosing: I have been using 5 Tablespoons on training days and 4 on non-training. I use three spoons in my post workout shake. Awesome product. The best natural supplement since Creatine in my opinion.

Couldn't agree more...It has cut post workout soreness/recovery time in half for me.One of the few supps I highly recommend.

I am the first one to scream bullshit when a supplement is crap and I can honestly say that this stuff rocks.
 
man I've been waiting so long to try this stuff and this is when I need it most...

one question though about shpping.. I'm planning on gettin a mailbox at a ups store not too far away from my house just cause most of the day I'm at school and cant sign or recive packages...
now I've already ordered from AF but do you think I can order to that mailbox without changing my address on my bank account and all that extra hustle?
 
Is G-plensih something that will be beneficial while on a cycle or is it just reccomneded when you are off? How about Glucorrel?

I think it would be beneficial anytime. Omega (and others) can probably give you good science behind it, but IMO, using both GPlenish and GlucorellR on AND off cycle would be great!

I just got my glutagain today.....and as soon as i took a wiff and then tasted it, the only thing that came to mind was mushrooms. I feel like i should be tripping 2 hours after ingesting it because it tastes exactly like it

hopefully it does the trick anyways
 
I've been using for 6 days......I ahve had great workouts but then I haven't been as sore and I couldn't figure it out. This stuff has worked wonders so far. Loving it....Bro's thanks for the "dry mix" advice..it worked just fine.

and it's expensive lol... Maybe I'll give it a tru because I'm very very septickal about it. Well, even well known members recommand it so, it might worth the money.

its astonshing to me how much crap is out there, and how many producers of that crap know its crap.

they follow the "one hit wonder formula" like th music business

package the product well, do the requisite marketing fill the package with crap,
bump up the price to pay for the marketing and packaging
then do a product reliese, sit back and make money,
then as sales taper
, fold up ops,
then pocket a HUGE PROFIT,
and start a new product

Well, yours is a euphemistic way of saying "tastes like shit, but it works."

I just chose to not beat around the bush... but for marketing purposes I would stick with your slogan.

I love G-plenish, especially when it comes to post workout recovery. It has done wonders for me, and I am very glad w/ the results I and my clients have been getting.

Top notch product w/ a top notch guy running the show - OMEGA. Two thumbs up :)

for the people who say its expensive..i think something should be pointed out. I realized this as soon as i got it. For every tablespoon of it, there's 15 grams of protein (which i had no idea). So if it's 35 bucks or whatever...and there's 60 servings, that works out to about a dollar for 30 grams of protein on TOP of a good supp. Not that bad since it adds about 45-60 grams of extra protein in my diet....i just got it so i cant comment on its effectiveness but i have faith in AF products.
 
Damn DAMN good product. Other than Gluc-R and Protein, this is the only other real supp I use. I take 1-2tbs in the am pre-worout with grapefruit juice and another 1 postworkout with my shake. At night I take another 1 tbs with my bedtime slow release shake.

I have noticed much better recovery, less drain on my system as I am not getting sick even when other around me are, etc. This really is something that works and is well worth any amount of cash.
