So my stats are like so:
age: 24
Weight: 88 kg
Height : 193 cm
Previous cycles were composed of T enan, omna, naposim, deca, susta, winny and as for PCT i used tamoxifen and were like 1 per year for the last 4-5 years but never went for more than 750 mg/week (500 mg omnadren and 250 mg deca durabolin but didn't like deca very much so i'm not going for that again)
Also i would like to ask your opinion about this: is this a lot? 4-5 years of steroids with 1 cycle per year?
my last cycle was about one year ago and was composed of:
week 1-12 sustanon 500 mg/week
week 8-12 oral winny 40 mg/day
week 15-17 tamoxifen 30 or 40 mg/day
week 17-19 tamoxifen 20 mg/day
got excelent gains and lean mass but after a few monts i started eating poorly(lots of carbs late in the afternoon) and sleeping late at night (2-3 a.m.) and i kinda' lost some of the muscle and until now i gained some body fat in the lower abs and hips area(nothing much but visible).
As for strenght and motivation: my strebght hasn't gone down much and motivation is a "day variable"
Now i am thinking on starting a new cycle, and this is what i had in mind for gaining some lean mass:
-week 1-10 or 12 omnadren 500 mg/week
(maybe somewhere in the midle like week 6 and 7 upping to 750 mg'week!?)
-week 6-10 or 8-12 (depending on your opinions weather i sould run omna for 10,11 or 12 weeks) winstrol tabs 40 mg/day with liv52 or other similar drug added
as for PCT i had thougt of this:
-starting week 4 or 5 taking 10 mg of tamoxifen to keep the bloating down
-in the last 2 weeks !? (need suggestion on this) going for HCG 1000ui Eod (less if possible and still be effective) and also upping tamoxifen to 20 mg /day
-after 3 weeks from last shot Clomid 50 mg/day for 4 weeks and tamoxifen 30 mg/day the firs 2 weeks and then 20 mg/day in the last 2 weeks
As for diet and training: i train usually 5 day a week for about 1 hour, without much cardio but i'm improving on that and my meals consists primarily of low fat meat (chicken breasts,pork chops, eggs, milk), carbs like cereal, bread(not to much), some veggies and other ordinary stuff like sweets(not too much of those either).
My concern is Proper PCT so i would like suggestions on the steroid cycle but also on PCT (how should i improve my PCT plan? should i be using Proviron also?). I really really want to avoid after cycle muscle loss and hypogonadism. I also would want my natural testosterone levels to normalise after doing proper PCT
