This entire picture situation has pissed me off ever since there were first problems with people posting Small's picture without her wanting it displayed. Folks, she is the lady in the picture. She is the one that posed for it, and she is the only person who has the right to decide where that picture goes. She is the only one who can decide who sees it. I don't know what happened with triedia, but I am assuming that someone posted the picture on the site. People, just leave her damn pictures alone. If she wants to post them, then let her post them. It's not your place to put her image anywhere. It's hers.

I understand all the comments made about the legal impact etc. But one thing you all seem to forget is this.

It doesnt really matter is she made them public or not. The point was that the picture was posted with a clear intent of inflicting emotional distress upon her. That is against the law, plain and simple.

She does own the picture, and asked that it not be posted by anyone.

Remember this, if she was to sue the person who distributed it, posted it and the site itself, she might loose (I doubt it), but the legal bills to defend the case would be huge.

So whomever did it, could be out to loose a LOT of $$ if smalls goes after them. DFG pulled the pic down both times case he knows this. The site shouldnt be held liable, but the people who posted it could.

the fact of the matter is, she can't do crap about it. i took an ethics and media class last semester, and you can post WHATEVER you want of a person, as long as there is no sound. don't ask me why, that is just the law.

NO acctually most the guys banned from here are cool and make some quite funny posts and generally are nice. I just dont want ever thread on Triedia to be about elite. And the only reason that is what happens is because elite bans everyone all the time, its a fucking joke. Anyways all Im asking is that the mods here get there shit straight so others like me on other boards dont have to deal with it.
