This is such a load of crap. The lawyers promise you compensation for using products with phony claims. You know what kind of compensation you get? Squat!
The law firm gets 50%-60% of the monies collected and the rest is divided amongst the plaintiffs (you and me). By the time it's all divied up I'd be surprised if anyone got more than a few dollars each.
Besides, whatever happened to personal responsibility? I put something in my body that I know damn well may or may not be good for me all for the sake of vanity. I'm not saying that there is anything wrong with that but I did it to myself, right? Caveat emptor.
The only winners in this game are the lawyers and the advocates that want all 'nutritional supplements' banned. If this lawsuit happens it will start us down a slippery slope that will end with the banning of many OTC supps... DON'T JOIN IN!!
