Fun...non-gym workouts

Anyone else like to do stuff outside the gym? What do you like to do?

I ran on the beach this morning, which was nice and a good workout. Sometimes I like to swim, but I doubt I do it hard enough to get a great workout.
 
hiking and midget bowling.

You guys don't honestly think that sex is a good workout do you? Are you just joking? The average act of intercourse only lasts 15 minutes, among the general population. Are you guys telling me that you go for hours with sex so vigorous that you raise your heart rate, sweat, etc. If so, I may call BS...lol.

shit my tongue alone probably burns 100 calories during my sessions. :p
 
i walk up stairs with a telephone pole section, cement bags, and such.

i flip cars sometimes if they park in my spot.

and hr glad sex isn't a work out for you because u might kill ur man. old tickers can't take the rough stuff

heather, do a poll on what people here wear to bed and 99% of them say "nothing". then spy on them through their windows and you'll see 99% of them in flannel pajamas and spongebob tshirts.

its the same with the 'all night sex' thing. It happens, sure, but i doubt most people in committed relationships have it anymore.
and those that aren't in one and are having regular all night sex sessions are probably getting around more than they'd admit...

Including other activities.. but girl.. I can work up a heart rate with just sex!

I just mixed in a fun one this week: I got some cleats and a 40# weighted vest. Did 6 100 yard sprints exploding out of a 3-point football stance. Screaming quads, calves and obliques! I'm gonna do them dragging a parachute once I get used to these.
 
run 3 miles
pullups
dips
pushups/situps super set

total of about 45 mins.

boxing
brazilian jiu jitsu

or sometimes swim 600 meters. i dont do it cuz i love it, i do it cuz i have to. :(
