Fullbody Workouts

I'm not sure if im giving my body enough of rest, or even if my routine will get me anywhere...I been using it so far for three weeks, and its kept me the most focused I'v been in a while while lifting, but i dont know if it will help with the results...

5 or 6 days a week I will do a full body work out for about an hour of lifting weights, and on my off days i will run or work on a body part i feel i didn't work out enough...I'v been doing only upper body... I start out with bench press 3 sets of 8 then when im done ill rotate between sets dumbell curls decline press and shoulder press 3 sets of 10 for each... then rotate the same with ill do lat pulldowns, chest flies, and barebell curls... then ill do a trap exercise and bow bends(chest exercise)

I feel that if i rest a day it wont be enough for those muscles only getting 1 or 2 sets, and also i feel working out 1 muscle 1 day every week is not near enough like some routines...

Ill like as many recommendations as possible

Read the training vault sticky in this forum./

my own advice is to start out on the beginner rippetone 3 x 5 or the madcow 5 x 5.

It's proven to add strength and size, adding weight to the bar every week.

Total body 5-6 days a week and doing cardio...?

I train total body 3x a week (each day with an emphasis on something) and it isn't easy to recover.

I think you ar eover training...

Personally, I have used a full body routine, but itwas purely compound based a 3x a week with cardio once a week - so 4 sessions a week.
