Full Throttle Drinks

So... title explains the jist of it. I drink them pre-workout. They are 120 calories and 57g of simple sugars. I know thats a ridiculous amount of simple sugars, but the way i've been rationalizing myself with it is through the incredible energy and intensity i get in the gym from these.

Am I hurting my progress or helping it? is the negative effects of just dosing up with simple sugars killing my BF % more then the intensity from it is helping build lean mass?

I had a friendly debate at work just now with someone as I cracked my pre-gym can of it open and began enjoying. I NEVER drink any other soft drinks, ever. Its H20 all the way.

Comments? Anyone else enjoy these and use them for training?

Its def. not the best, but if your gonna cosume sugar preworkout would be the best time. Ever try that NOS stuff with 3.75 servins in like a 16 ounce bottle. It has like 375 mg of caffeine in it.

I picked up some waximaize recently from vitamin world, for preworkout and during workout. That and some caffeine might be a good subsitute or some Amplify 02 if you have never tried it. If you think your intensity is high now try some Amp.

Actually just ordered some Amp02 / Lipoflame before even reading your response, so it MUST be a good idea haha.
I'll keep the full throttles till my amp arrives then drop them.
