So... title explains the jist of it. I drink them pre-workout. They are 120 calories and 57g of simple sugars. I know thats a ridiculous amount of simple sugars, but the way i've been rationalizing myself with it is through the incredible energy and intensity i get in the gym from these.
Am I hurting my progress or helping it? is the negative effects of just dosing up with simple sugars killing my BF % more then the intensity from it is helping build lean mass?
I had a friendly debate at work just now with someone as I cracked my pre-gym can of it open and began enjoying. I NEVER drink any other soft drinks, ever. Its H20 all the way.
Comments? Anyone else enjoy these and use them for training?
