damnit.. well.. seems life really doesnt like to let you be ahead of the game... I had a wonderful weekend.. and well.. had something really bad happen to cancel my goodness back down I guess...

Lost my primary HD... just got done installing on my old 30gig hd.. Lost my 4.5k mp3's.. all my pictures, favorites, games.. ect... man.. what the fuck, that hd was only a year old max too.. grrrrrrr

I had the same thing happen to my hard drive this week. I put the old one in an external USB case and can still access it through there. Worth a shot, as it has worked for me on 2 occasions.

Thanks.. but somehow its turned up damaged.. I think it completely died.. the computer can't see how big it is, can't format it , and say's its not formatted right now... its gone... RIP

My power unit/fan went sending a wack load of electricity through my whole system. I tested everything and it killed ALL my hardware:

Asus motherboard
Voodoo 32meg video card
DVD decoder card
Sound Blaster Card
CD Burner
CD ROM
HD 40 gig
HD 20 gig
Floppy

All my school work from the past 3 years as well as my outlook contacts and resumes, personal docs, etc...

AND my Online Workout Database - A whole years worth of workouts and diet gone.
