fucking gym is closed

Those lazy asses. They will look for any excuse not to work. The New Year doesn't start until 12 a.m. . That's 4 days in the last week they've been closed. I'm asking for a partial refund on this month's dues. Now I have to do squats at home with 110 lbs. until my lungs explode.

i went at 3 today and they closed at 2, and they're closed tomorrow, plus i took monday off
i realize 3 days off wont do anything really, but its just frutrating cause im not gonna take the week off, so ill have to skip legs or something to get my routine flowing once again

Just got back from trying to go the gym - it's supposed to be the city's hardest-core gym (open 24-7-365, supposedly), but they closed at 8 last night and won't reopen until 10 this morning. A nice thing to find out after trudging through the light drizzle...

The other 24-hour gym I belong to (24 hours on weekdays only), which uses any excuse more significant than Groundhog Day to shorten their hours, is not only closed byt couldn't even be bothered to put today's hours on the damn door.

So here I am back in my apartment, sweating like a pig from the combination of thermogenics and an apartment building that keeps the heat set for 80-year-old ladies.

But on the other hand I'm not a bum...sorry, housing-challenged-chemically-dependent-American...in Union Square Park, so I shouldn't bitch too much.

I still want to train, dammit...it's leg day...

Its not the end of the world, try being around family or friends for a change, weight lifting is not life its a part of life. This shit is all a supplement to make life more enjoyable, you lift to live(better that is) not live to lift.

My work place has 2 FREE gyms that are 24/7. I just worked out while watching Penn St. lose to Auburn.

I gotta admit I'm pretty lucky....even though I always complain that there's a Smith machine and no power rack!

NO NEED TO STAY OPEN FOR THE FREAKS WHO JUST WANT TO COME WORK ARMS OR CHEST AND TRY TO GET LAST MINUTES PUMPS BEFORE GOING TO A PARTY. I hear what your saying bro and true, I expect them to be closed on Christmas and maybe New Years. They used to be open until 6 p.m on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve. Now that they are under new management, they close all 4 days, which is too many.

That's funny..my new gym has the same hours. The sign outside says 24hrs so i joined. I found out they close on weekends afterward- the hard way. I didn't bother trying during the last week. I just pigged out on mom's Christmas cooking and watched tv.
