Fucking got Seized...what should i do???????

well i got a seizure letter from an order i placed a while back....now they want me to come down the post office, but i think thats bullshit!!!!! this is the first time anything of mine has gotten seized!! what should i do about it????? i need some major help bros!!!!

Ignore the letter. If they ask why you ignored it than tell them you did not know what it was so you just threw it away.

One more question. Are you sure it is a siezure letter. Or would it just not fit in your mail box. Give me some details on how long ago you ordered it what the letter said ect...

I am not positive but if it was a overseas order then you should not have to go to the usps to make your claim but a customs facility. Maybe someone else can help on this.

ok....i placed the order quite some time ago, and was told that the source went down...well i had the package sent to a "house" of mine....today the person living in that house called me and said there was seizure letter and that we had to go to the post office or some shit, agian i have not yet read the letter all i know is that it requested us to go somewhere due to the seizure!!!!

why did the person in your house read your mail? Don't sweat it bro, they have no proof of anything. I wouldn't go down to the post office though.

Bro, if all that happened was the letter, you are fine. Nothing can be done unless you sign for it, thus making a legal, binding agreement that it is yours. If a phone call was set up, that is new to me, but be honest and tell them you didn't order anything. I hope you put a different name on it. I think you are fine.

You need to find out for yourself what exactly was sent to the " house ". Been in the game a very long time and have never seen a seizure letter requesting you to come down to the post office. They do give you the opportunity to claim, but this is not through the post office, it is done through customs. NEVER do this !!! If it is indeed a seizure letter, take our advice and leave it alone.
Here is how I see it from the info given:
Best case scenario..........all is okay, just need to go to P.O. to pick it up.
Worst case scenario........your source was busted and now they want to talk to you.

Take my advice and leave it alone and chalk it up as a loss.

Hey- I ordered gear fom a guy overseas recently and i recieved a letter from customs too. The letter stated how many MG of testosterone was include in the shipment but no money info was on the paper. How would customs know how much you paid. That bullshit, the guy you bought it from may be messing with you and stealing your money. It happens! But anyway, I didnt send them anything back and i have ignored it ever since. Just let it blow over and ignore calls from the USPS. Youll be aight.

My shit got tagged to recently after the sept 11 th thing. This was the second time in a year. I had moved to a different addy and everything because of the first time. good new is some of the stuff got through. I have recieved a lot of packages from this guy and this trew me off. Luckily he reimbursed me for half of what i paid. but i still won't order from him for awhile. right now it's to risky to do international orders. stick with domestic sources. the prices are higher but at least it's already in the country, I won't even order from mexico right now.

Your "source" may be trying to scam you. I've heard of fake customs letters being sent by sources. Customs does not know how much you spent for your gear. That is wierd bro.

If it was domestic, then they want you to go to the p.o to pick the same letter you received which has to be signed for as proof that you were notified. It is probably to inform you that some stuff was seized in the raid, and you can claim it, which you obviously won't.

2 possibilities.

1) Source got busted and DEA found your order in his computer.

2) Source is fucking with you.

either way. chalk it up as a loss and leave it alone.
