i bought 4 books a week and a half ago, and they just now came today. well, these morons packed 4 books in an entirely too small of a box. so what did they do to make it fit? they fucking bent a paperback book in half to fit in on the side! this book is all bent to shit with a big ass crease going down the center of it.
if i want shitty looking books, i will go buy used ones at the public library for 25 cents, not buy them from amazon.com for $18!
so, i called them up and bitched about this shitty service a loyal customer, like myself, is receiving, depsite the fact that i have purchased 9 books in the last 2-3 months from them. all they did was send me a printable return address for the book, and they shipped out a new one with 2 day air mail.
it's bullshit! but atleast i have 3 others to read.
