did they give you one of those syringes that are curved on the end? Those work great to get the crap out of the hole.

My wisdom teeth wont fit so they need to remove my molars all 4 of them. then i had a filling done and the filling keeps falling out so i just want the tooth out. i am sick of the filling falling out.
Try a warm, moist compress where you feel pain, and alternate every 20 minutes with with nothing if there is swelling.
I wouldn't suggest rinsing with warm salt water until 24 hours has past. This helps to keep the extraction sites clean and prevent infections. Don't make the motion of gargling because that can pull at your stitches.
If you happen to experience dry socket, you can return to the dentist/surgeon and he/she can place a medicated dressing into the socket. If you're a smoker..don't...it causes dry socket.
Keep the diet light...soft stuff obviously and no hot or spicy stuff.
Rest yourself.

wehen i had the bottoms done in boot camp they did not hurt at all , matter of fact i got no pain meds with em. but these were done in the civilian dentist , treated like a person , not a machine , good drugs. my right side is all good , its my left which is un godly soreAngel said:

Take your medicine. I used vicodin and it really helped me survive it with only a little pain. I think it helped my wrist heal too because it doesn't bother me anymore. (I can lift again!)
Get a lot of sleep and work out, I did this and it kept me relaxed. Although it might have stunted my recovery cause a week later, I still feel sore...hmm. My check-up is tomorrow, i'll let you know if I did well.
My right side is the same, cause it's the side I only had one. Our right sides really come in handy cause at least you can chew from that side.
