Move to Canada Possesion is about as serious as speeding up here. And it should be. Like Jake said.. Who wants to throw an avg joe who pays his taxes in prison for a minimul possesion charge. It's 70k a year/inmate up here (this may have changed, it's is a somewhat dated stat)
