i woke up this morning rolling over onto my glasses, that for some reason i had moved from the window sill where i normally place them. they snapped in two like a twig. now i'm wearing my spare pair that i've had for 5 1/2 years. they're completely scratched to shit. it's like looking at the world through a fucking haze. glad i didn't toss them, as i'd be royally fucked right now without them. i'm still extremely pissed off about it, however.


there's a lot more i could type, but i won't because i just don't fucking care anymore.

    i was so pissed off today that instead of 5lbs, i threw an additional 10lbs on the bar for my 5x5 squats. not only did i hit every rep/set, but i pounded out an additional 3 reps on the final set.

my bike isn't even on the road currently. need about $1500 for new bodywork, battery, and should throw new tires on it as well.

and i could use a new truck before i could use a bike. my piece of shit blazer is being held together by dirt and paint. there's a reason i put the words Rust Bucket across the front of the hood. even my son knows the name of daddy's car, and he says it proudly. he even asked me today if daddy's truck was sick, to which i told him yes, it is, it is very sick and i don't know if it's going to last much longer. he said daddy needs to buy a new truck. daddy says he needs $23K to get himself a new toyota tacoma. unfortunately that's not going to happen any time soon.

oh yeah, need to buy new glasses as well. there goes the savings bonds i just got from the safe deposit box that i didn't know i had.
