sleep patterns are all fucked up, so in the last few days i have been in a survivalist sleep mode where i sleep in 2 hr intervals 2x a day or so. starting to become psychotic.


i just want to reestablish my sleeping patterns. i need to fall asleep from 2am-10pm or so. so i assume i need to find a way to wake up & go to sleep when needed.

however, i need to use drugs that i can get a hold of. I can't take ambien or ritalin for example as i can't get them.

what can i get at the corner store for sleeping and waking up?

right now to keep me awake i have melatonin (keeps me up for some reason) and caffeine

for sleep i have xanax.
 
On the same note - I have found L-tryptophan to be quite effective on inducing sleep, reliably. There is a chance it is now perscription, which is unfortunate.
 
i guess i say fuck it. i only have school 2 days a week. i can just sleep in the rest of the week.


on the bright side, i fell asleep at 3 am last night, woke up at 5 pm today. 14 hours sleep. not too shabby.
