For real...that used to happen to me all the time. The more you eat the more you crave. I would tear up the freaking house looking for a piece of chocolate like a junkie.

Now, the more steady I keep my bloodsugar, the more controlled my appetite is.

Now for you...you're prolly just a growin' boy.

I think that is my problem. I am eating too clean. Every 2.5 hours I start to starve. I am seriously putting down 4000-5000 kcal a day and it don't catch up with me until bed time. I usually go to bed sick .Wtf?

When I was 215 lbs, I used to consume 6000calories a day. How much do you weight?
 
215-220 depending on my level of fullness lol. I stepped on teh scale in the gym today and was 218. I just completely changed my diet macros/nutrient timing/meal timing two weeks ago. I am eating more and more often. Carbs only at breakfast and Peri-workout and alottt of red meat. My metabolism is super jacked right now.

A fast metabolism will help. Are you trying to lose weight?

No. I am trying to eat the most food possible while staying fairly lean <15% and gain a shit done of weight. I realize I will add fat, but that's ok. My maintenance Kcal is about 3500 a day and I am 1500-2000 more than that a day depending on the day. I am busting my azz tho. I work a fairly demanding job and I am hitting mod cardio on days I am not hitting the weights. Eat more, do more, and gain more. We'll see tho. I am gear free.

You will gain fat and lots of water, but if u maintain a 3500+ calories per day, you will grow.
