SouthernLord said:No. I am trying to eat the most food possible while staying fairly lean <15% and gain a shit done of weight. I realize I will add fat, but that's ok. My maintenance Kcal is about 3500 a day and I am 1500-2000 more than that a day depending on the day. I am busting my azz tho. I work a fairly demanding job and I am hitting mod cardio on days I am not hitting the weights. Eat more, do more, and gain more. We'll see tho. I am gear free.
