Tanning eod after working out helps ALOT with bacne. It may take a week or so to start to die down but it will. Give it a shot unless you are taking any other meds that increase your sensitivity to UV rays???

i use benzoyl peroxide 10% cream 3 times per day from first signs until 2 weaks after my system clears the aas id say its about 75% effective for me.

You could try Apple Cider Vinegar. It's cheap and effective.

Only thing that has worked for me but you gotta continue up on it cause I notice stuff comes back if you stop using it completely. works damn good tho

20-40mg of accutane PER WEEK, thats right, per week not everyday will be enough to keep acne at bay unless you have a shitload and they are the real big deep ones then your gonna have to go to the dermatologist but i dont think thats the case. Takes like 2-3 weeks for it to kick in though and the sides are pretty much non existent. Very minimal dry ness.

Believe it or not, proactiv works for me. Has the same active ingredient that others have mentioned - benzyl peroxide.
