Frozen pizza?

Madd Hatter

New member
I'm 6'2" 190 recently up from 175. On creatine, nearing end cycle, not sure it's doing jack. I'm in a state of permanent bulk. I don't think that extra weight is all fat, and everyone who sees me says I'm too skinny, but I do have a stubborn gut, I don't even know if I have abs, it's frustrating. Anyway, I'm also frustrated by lack of growth, and one of my ideas is maybe I'm not eating enough. From all I read, I should be eating 3500-4000 cals a day. On most days I don't think I hit 2500. Here's how it usually goes on days I work, so we'll say a TYPICAL day:

oatmeal+1 scoop gainer powder
normal cereal, peanut butter toast, a little oj
3-4 scoops of gainer/triple threat shake
2 cans of tuna
maybe some peanut butter crackers, or some nutter butters
8" turkey sub plain, 6-10 slices of deli turkey on french loaf w/ animal crackers.
...and of course, water

Lately I've been trying to up my protein oatmeal, but then on some days I don't get all my tuna in. And some nights I have a real dinner like chicken/veggies, thanks to the woman, but not too often. I can't cook, at all, and often don't have time anyway.
This leads me to my next question: Would I be certifiably insane to start eating frozen pizza's (the big ones, cheese or pepperoni)?
The ratio on them is about 25/50/25, but I think the rest of my diet may balance it all out so I'm still close to a 40/40/20 or so, and would obviously up my calories (1200 or so each). They would be in place of my turkey sub and animal crackers. I know I'm gonna get a lot of crap about suggesting such fatty shit food, but I'm hard up for answers here, and for growth. TIA.

its like u said u know that eating pizza is wrong then why do it?

Just try and be a freak like the rest of us eat 6to8 clean meals and get in your cals.

At work I keep a supply of low-sodium canned tuna, packets of instant oatmeal, packets of whey protein, and flax oil. Meal 1 eggs & oats. Meal 2 whey & flax shake. Meal 3 tuna & oats. Meal 4 whey & flax shake. Workout. Meal 5 (postworkout) whey & dextrose & maltodextrin. Meal 6 egg whites & green veggies. Meal 7 cottage cheese or more egg whites w/some yolk.

It's not hard to do, you just have to accept that you can't eat in the traditional way. No one but yourself is forcing you to eat the standard crappy diet. Not trying to diss you, as I had to figure out the same thing.

Yes, pizza is bad. But for me, I bet eating only 2200 cals a day is worse. My diet up above does not equal the 4000 calories or so I need. So what am I to do? I need a huge source of calories. I don't eat red meat, and I'm not a chef.

Whey protein powder + flax seed oil + water in a shaker bottle. Not bad tasting, and it gives you a QUICK 300-600 calories. Blend it with oats to add carbs. I know a friend that makes 1000 calorie meals in bottles in the morning.

Protein bars are so small and calorically dense you can down 1200 calories in 2 minutes. Not too great for you, but MUCH better than pizza.

Basically, you can drink any kind of nutrient.

You seem to just like to make excuses. You just really want to eat pizza.
