How would you suggest to frontload sust? i'm planning on doing injections once a week. should i double the dosage the first and second week? or only the first? any suggestions are appreciated!
 
Many people suggest the ammount you fronload as being: normal dosage x 1.5. Example 500mg ew = 750ew for frontload.
 
I've only frontloaded with EQ. I would run the test the same every week. I also like to split my pokes up. Sometimes three times a week.
 
PPL jumpstart with sus cause it takes a long time to feel it (like 3 weeks)! so frontloading doesn't sem like that bad of an idea
 
What was your proposed cycle? The best way, is to run the same amounts throughout the cycle. You want to keep all your levels as steady as possible during your cycle. I too started frontloading when introduced to gear but you will be better off picking your amount like 500 mg and run it straight for 10 weeks. Good luck bro
 
cycle looks like this:

weeks 1-10 250mg sust/week, possibly frontloaded
weeks 1-4 40mg anavar/day
weeks 5-10 50mg winny depot ED (drinking it)

i'm 5'9", 175lbs, 11%bf, this is second cycle, but the first cycle that included test. please comment!
 
looks good for a second cycle. I would not frontload and i would reconsider drinking it. There is a huge debate on whether or not to drink it, if you ask 10 people 5 say yes 5 say no. I would shoot as much as possible untill every site is sore and then drink it. Use it as a last resort.
 
if ur gonna "frontload" i would use either susp or prop stick with ur normal sust dose but use 100mg of prop or susp ed for a couple weeks imo susp is the best frontload around u might like it so much that u will wanna run it the whole time lol as long as u can stand the pain cuz it does sting a litle

Whether you shoot winny or take it orally makes very little difference to your liver; it's the same 17AA compound either way.

As far as 17AA gear goes anavar and winny are the least hepatoxic but running for a total of 10 weeks is still a stretch. Many would risk it but the safest option would be to get liver enzymes checked (bloodwork) around week 6 or 7.

I have frontloaded sust and I believe it does give you results about a week quicker that way. I double the normal dosage for the first 2 weeks. It's up to you if you think results 1 week sooner is worth it.
 
If you decide to front load I would advice against administering any more than one amp per injection site.
 
It may just be me but I front loaded with a gram week 1 and 2
(was using cyp) and all I think it caused was wicked acne at the beginning of my cycle I'm just gonna stick with a normal dose next time and run prop the first 4 weeks or so
 
i double the dose the first week, then 75% of the first dose the second week and the third is normal. My spontaneous hardons and the backpump begins at around week 2
