I myself am going to do more frequent injections, that however is ultimately up to you. You will provide steadier levels and thusly not only a slightly higher peak level but better overall gains, there are enough places to stick a needle on your body that you dont have to use the same spot often, so I'm all for it.
Every 3rd, then 4th day after that, and so on, or E3D if you are willing to calculate doses or just go slightly over your 1 week original dose plan plus end up coming off cycle sooner, its all up to you. Front loading though will get your levels up faster, if you want it all NOW do 3x dose your first week 3x a week spread out, or even all at once, but I'd rather spread. If you are willing to wait till the second week, do 2 injections of double dose for your first 2 weeks, and then however frequently you feel like at your doseage thereafter, wether E3/4/5D or whatever.
You can inject 2cc at a time if you wish, try it in the ass first, some may not do 2cc in the delts but I had no problem with it.
