Guys, I'm curious to find out how many guys do Front Squats or regular Squats with a 2' x 4' or plates under their heels? I know it's not supposed to be good, but I can't get into a low position without it. I remember seeing pictures of Dave Draper and Arnold doing Front Squats with a board under their heels. Is this REALLY that bad of an idea??? My main focus is quad development...
