Front loading and time vs. time off

Okay any one out there against front loading? I've read about and what not and I have to say I'm leaning towards doing it that way my next cycle. BUT- won't this send estrogen skyrocketing right away? If you front load once, you gotta do it every time afterwords to get the most out of youyr cycle, outside not frontloading-you know what I mean?

And- time off should equal time on. If I did sus/deca for 8 weeks and the juice remains for up to one month, I gotta stay off 12 weeks, I know. What if I only waited 8 weeks, how bad is that robbing my cycle next time?

Cycling is useful for younger guys because it allows their bodies time off so that their hormones go back to normal. Cycling religiously means that you avoid causing a permanent shut-down of your natural testosterone production.

Cycling does not mean that you will get better gains from your following cycle. Steroid receptors do not downgrade so time off will not help increase gains for the subsequent cycle.

When you do begin a cycle after some time off you do get spectacular gains. This is rather illusory though because the "extra" gains are simply the muscle you lost when you finished your former cycle. If you stayed on steroids you wouldn't have lost this muscle in the fisrt place. Many of the gains are also water retention in the muscles which make them look bigger. You lose much of this water when you end a cycle and gain it back when you resume a subsequent cycle.

The mass you lose at the end of a cycle (if you use gain keeping drugs, i.e. clenbuterol) is largely the loss of this water rather than muscle.

In short - time off will not yield better muscle growth.

Some believe there are more sides associated with a frontload, however, that has not been my personal experience nor have I heard of any complains from others who have frontloaded either.

With regard to estrogen spiking etc, you need to understand the basics of how esters work and how it affects blood levels and you will realize that a properly done frontload will not take blood levels any higher than a flat dosed cycle will, it will just get blood concentrations to thier peak much sooner and keep them there longer. Frontloading about cuts in half the time it takes for someone to "feel" the effects as opposed to a flat dosed cycle.
