Im good, busy... had the flood a couple weeks ago, another few thousand in debt to get my life in order.. but eh.. its just money and material things eh? i'm about 30k or more in the hole now with this property. I need all new furniture for my kids rooms, have lost about 1/2 of my daughters things because they were on the floor in my sons room in prep for us to redo her ceramic tile. Its all a thing, im trying to stay in good spirits. Everything else is great!

Do you have insurance?
