Hi this is what i was thinking

He done 2 bulking cycles of deca test and d-bol and is 6ft9 and 220lbs about 15% bf.

Cycle

250mg of test prop weekly for 10 weeks
clenbuteral for 4 weeks in day 1 - 1tabs day 2 -2tabs up to 8 then off for 2 days and start again.
and winstrol tabs 50 mg every day for the last 6 weeks
liv sups and a very clean diet

Advice needed?

at 6'9 15bf is very respectable - my suggestion would be to focus on bulking up because at that height and 2 cycles down, 220lbs is really quite small.

A good /healthy bulking diet should be able to take him up to 240+.

Eat 6 times a day and 40-50gms of protein in each meal except post workout which I do at between 80-100gms.

what is your mates goals for this cycle?

the way the cycle is laid out he could expect fat loss from the clen and the prop would serve to preserve muscle mass provided the diet/training/cardio were in order.

since he is only taking clen for 4 weeks just have him take it ed with no breaks.

i personally run clen 6-8 weeks. i really start seeing major results around week 4 (though i do notice some fat loss before that as well).

Is this a typo? The guy is almost 7 feet tall? 6' 9"?

I'm 220, and 6 foot. I don't think that's all that bad. At 6" 9" and 220 though, with 15% body fat, I think this friend of yours needs to put on some serious weight. The 15% body fat isn't bad, but he needs way more muscle mass. They say for every inch of height you carry about 5-10 pounds. If your friend had say muscle mass similar to mine (still imo scrawny body) he should weigh around 270-300 pounds.

Someone chime in if I got the above wrong.

Your friend if he is working out correctly and eating correctly should have no problem bulking up naturally if he's getting enough calories and protein.

And this is just my opinion. There are guys here way more knowledgeable than me, but I feel you either choose to bulk up or you choose to get ripped.

I think your friend should bulk up first then get ripped after he has increased in size weight and strength.

I agree, I am confused. I am 6'2" and once when I got really skinny, no muscle or fat I weighed 200lbs. I couldn't loose any weight. When I worked out again, I shot right back up to 220lbs pretty quick. This guy sounds skinny if these are his stats. Bulk up, put on muscle and he will probably see some of the fat turn.

I wrestled with that when I first started back. I had to decide which I wanted to do. In the end....I just went with getting bigger increasing my mass. I am way bigger at 220, than I was at 235. If this dude just starts eating right, working out right, and eating enough protein, he'll grow. I know a lot of guys here are into "clean diets." That's all fine and good, but imo, more important than a clean diet is that you get enough calories, and enough protein. If you can keep your diet somewhat clean while doing that, more power to you.
