Friend switching from Test E to Sust??

My buddy is currently running 250mg ew of test e. He broke is vial and I have some sust. I have a full 20ml vial for him and he wants to switch to it b/c he can;t get anymore test e. He has been ON for 3 weeks now.

YOu can switch the testosterones around if you need too. Just different esters basically.
