Friend needs serious help!

My friend just lost 100 lbs of fat, and now is a little bitch with saggy skin! lol.. He wants to get on roids to get him buff, ripped, I dont know what to put him on, I want him to get the saggy skin sucked up first, then do a bulking cycle but he wants to go right out and use test only! what would u reccommend for him??
 
He needs to do some research. "Roids" will not get him ripped, diet will!! It will take a while for that lose skin to go back to normal if ever. It may require sugary if it is a bad case. I had the same problem and it took over a year+ to go back to normal after I lost all the weight.

When I was 19 i was 270 at 15%bf. I decided to fully comit myself to cut up so I dieted to reach the pinacle in our sport....Ripped. I got down to a shade under 6%, but needless to say I lost a significant amount of muscle mass so in total I droped a good 60 pounds. To this day loose skin still haunts me...Two years later. The loose skin is a bitch and no matter what kind of cycle he runs it won't get him "ripped". How long has your friend been training and how is his diet? He very well may have no need for AS at this point.

Bro...I'd put him on a test/EQ/winny stack. Something like this maybe:

Test.............500mg/wk...............1-8
EQ..............400mg/wk................1-10
Winny.........50mg/wk..................7-12
clomid.........................................13-15
arimidex------.25mg/ED------------1-15

Tell him to eat, train, and sleep right (in that order), and he should be more than happy with the results.
 
I think he should first build a habit and some discipline. Train diet, and sleep. If all goes well, go for it. In the meantime, learn, learn, and learn!

He just lost 100 pounds, he must have some sort of discipline, unless it was lipo or something. Hey Beavers...how did he lose the weight?

WELL, over time he could get bigger muscle wise and hopefully that will help fill some of that "empty area" and make his skin a little tighter.

This was my very hope. I'm back up to 250, but far leaner than I was at 270. Right now I'm at about 9% 250 and was hoping the muscle mass would fill in the loose pockets, but since I had more bidy fat previously and the fact the fat tissues take up far more space than lean bodymass on a pound for pound basis, I still have loose areas. Beav...Your friend is just going to have to be patient with this. Nothing will come overnight and he is going to have to understand this in order to continue making strides towards a better physique.

hey Bulldog_10, He lost all the weight by training real hard, tons of running, eating right, and Xenadrine!!! I was so fuckin surprised when I see him, he is so much smaller now!
