Friend needs help

Friend of mine wanted me to post a question for you guys.

Ok, my friend has a shoulder injury which prevents him from most training. He is really into martial arts; jujitsu ect.....

He needs a cycle put together that would increase his strenth, and stamina. Also perhaps a limited training program?

I suggested that he do squats, good mournings, tri extentions, and perhaps a few others. As for a cycle I suggested that he take Winstrol...for the stamina, Deca for some much needs joint lub, and perhaps some primo?

What do you guys think?
 
Tell him to stay away. Gear isnt magic, so its not like he is going to get bigger and stronger sitting on the couch thinking about working out.
 
this is gonna sound kinda funny, but my cousin recently fucked his shoulder up pretty bad. anyway hes decided to not workout with weights at least for a while.

what hes been doing is going to this "boot camp" type class. its run by an ex-seal and its pretty intense military like training, pullups, dips, pushups, laps around the gym, lunges outside, etc. hes been dropping fat and is looking good, but also seems to be getting stronger without aggravating his injury. just a thought bro.
