i got a citation for this last night. however, i wasn't drinking.
can a cop do this?
i asked what the definition of a disorderly house was. he said, "a house in which an illegal activity is taking place." i asked what illegal activity was going on and he said underage drinking. out of 50 people at the party only about 5 were underage. how was i supposed to know they were underage? shouldn't the cop have breathalyzed each minor also?
