Free Weight Lifts?

I've been lifting for the better part of 8 years now (I'm 24). About 1 1/2 - 2 years ago I moved to NJ and started buying my own equipment. I'm limited to my current equipment due to lack of space for more. Problem is, every cycle I have a hard time coming up with different lifts for each body part. There's only so many lifts I know using free weights. I'm looking for some suggestions for more free weight exercises. Especially for tris, legs, and back (lats), but all are welcome.

And FYI, the equipment I have: powerrack, adjustable bench, olympic bar, ez-bar, weights and dumbbells.

Thanks in advance.

Scroll down to the exercise index at the bottom and see what you can.

If you need a little help, you can IM here on this thing and I'll get back to ya, although they're pretts self explanatory if you've been around the gym a bit.

Tris- Skullcrushers, French press. JM presses, close-grip bench.
Legs- Back Squats, Front squats, Lunges, SLDLs.
Back- BB bentover rows, deadlifts, DB rows, good mornings.

i use the same equipment you own but pay a gym $30.month to use it :)

lol@the exercise index. I was thinking the same thing. It will be a long time before you can cycle through those lists!

Another article that came to mind ishttp://www.westside-barbell.com/articles.htm
Jan. 2001 is titled 'What A Gym Really Needs'

This doesn't contain any specific exercises but lists a number of simple and low-cost devices you can use to beef up your program.

Back to basics dude, ain't no use in buyin all that expensive $hit as long as your not too arrogant to look stupid some of the time!!!

Damn commercial gyms got us all to skeered to gitterdone....

Thanks man, I've come across quite a few of these, but haven't found any that didn't have lifts I wasn't aware of. This one has a few I'll have to check out.

This would be the reason I decided to purchase the equipment in the first place :)

Thanx all for the replys!
