Alright, just tried it,
Says: "Already have steam, play now!" I do have steam, yet it's still trying to charge me $20.
Am I fucking it up somehow?

They are trying to get you to install steam and then you get it free
if you already have steam you're fucked

After the game is preloaded, you need to restart Steam. Then you will be able to play it. Just right click the icon on the bottom right of your screen, exit, then reopen it.
