Im goin to jail within a month and i never got to use the search function...im tryin to learn as much as i can before i go to jail...anyone?

Oh about jail.....me and some friends would go out at night and go into cars and take credit cards and use them for gas....but my stupid ass went into a 7-11 one time and they had a camera in there and eventually someone pointed me out and i got caught. They never did anything, i went into the marines, and then they put a warrant out for my arrest so i got pulled out and put into Sad Diego county, the to L.A. county, then back to Napa county.

I have 3 charges of identity theft
3 charges of Burglary
1 charge Receiving stolen property
1 charge Grand theft

My attorney said Napa was very corrupt in the judicial system, so im probably gonna get 4 months? First time offense.

Well I don't think any one has to tell you stealing is wrong bro. Also that no one likes a thief. I think you will learn your lesson though.

Man up and be a better person bro. In the long run it will come back to you every time.
 
*shakes head* Stupid....Sorry, had to. Thats gotta be some of the dumbest shit EVER. Credit Cards have a timestamp and location linked to each use, easiest damn way to get caught lol.

i know it was stupid but im with all my friends and theyre all saying "no im not going in" fuckin pussies i swear......but then again whos the one researching steroids and is gonna be 205 8% bodyfat soon....:)

No more stealing, thats why i went into the Marines!!

This is not as uncommon as you may think. When I was a young Army officer, about every 4 months we would get a guy out of basic who joined up to “get away” from some outstanding charges.

No bro, this all happened back in November, and they said they would call me within 2 weeks for my arrest. Never called. Now its march and im not tryin to wait my whole life for them to call me, and i though they dropped everything. Me and my buddy wanted to join the marines, so we did. Then they come out with a warrant WHILE im in bootcamp. Hella gay, cuz i tried calling them from November to March to see if i had anything pending, or anything at all and everytime it was a NO.

If you were smart and / or experienced you would have went to the old school backcountry stores where they only have the old style carbon copy card imprint - hypothetically speaking.

that doesnt justify anything ... what if you got your identity stolen ? the guy comes u to you hey sry bro it was me .. would you go ahh thats np at least you were honest about it ... neways this is no place for a life lesson but even tough it was a one week plat it wasnt gifted by just a regular member it was a mod thats what seems so odd to me

im a little sensitive about the subject cuz not long ago i got my identity stolen with bank cards and lost some money ..
 
im not saying what he did was right, but at least he is honest, and i hope he learns from his mistake.

He's being punished, its not like he got away with it, like in your scenario. He f*cked up, he got caight, he learned his lesson. I doubt there's anyone here who hasn't done a few illegal activities.
