free ipods??

my friend sent me this site, that if you sign 5 people up to trial offers (supposedly they are trials and can be cancelled) then you get a free ipod...anyone ever do this...or would be willing to do this....good chance this is a scam...anyone know?

ive read about that, basically you have to sign up for a crazy amount of stuff and eventually you score enough referral points to get a free ipod, but i think there's still some cost invovlement on your part, but you can always cancel what you signed up for afterwards.

i know they are illegeal..but i mean they do work..and this one there isnt anything to lose...unless they are scams and you end up paying for the trials that they say you can cancel...
