Can't do a damn thing on their own!

I've been telling the same man over and over again the same damn thing.

His CD drive won't open on his Dell.. so we are waiting on a piece to fix it. Every freaking morning and afternoon he's in my office asking if the IT guy is coming by cause he can't print until its fixed.

So I ask.. Why can't you print till its fixed? "Oh uh well, I can't hook up my printer without the CD" So I ask.. "Did you even try to hook it all up and plug it in? More than likely Windows has Built in Drivers for that specific printer"

His same response every time.. "oh well maybe I should try that."

He can't even add Contacts to his Microsoft Outlook, I have to go show him how and prolly do it for him then show him how to access the ones he will put in there everytime he needs to send an email.

Why the hell do they give Idoits anything complex or hell anything at all. OMG he's driving me inFuckingSane!

It took 10 times showing him how to add a contact and then how to Compose an email before he got it and I bet he'll be calling in about an hour because he forgot.
