I unexpectantly have to go to Cali Friday through Sunday night. Due to the scheduling, I won't be able to train and I'm freaking out. Not just with that, but worried about my diet, etc. Any of you guys not train for 3 full days due to a business trip or other vacation? What do you do? Also, plane trip is 5hrs both ways so now I'm even more concerned with my diet.......and suggestions? Need some serious help for some serious karma.....thanks bros...

3 days off is no big deal...when you get back you will be well rested and highly motivated so your workouts should be incredible from my experience, and as far as the plane ride goes....portien bars and shakes will keep you fine for the 5 hours.

detour bars are good but over priced, just go t a grocery store, it will be cheaper
 
not a fan of the bars (althought I have a ton) while cutting.....any of you guys cut and enjoy a bar or two? What else would ya oack for the trip?
 
Take some single serving MRP's, with a shaker, to fill in when you can't get the whole foods.
Pack some food in your carry-on.
Relax for the three days and hit it hard when you get back.

some times i need 3 days off just relax :p
