Frame structure and steroids

I got off my first cycle about 2 months ago, kept around 10-13 lbs total after the cycle. I did the test enth all the way through for 8 wks, and deca through half the cycle (long story, vial fell off sink onto the floor breaking). But I was pretty happy with the results in the beginning of the cycle. I gained a huge amount of weight during the first 2 wks, topping out at 15lbs more than my original weight. I gained a total of around 25lbs at the end, and quickly lost it with no post cycle treatment. I got a bunch of stetch marks and positive comments about my size.

But.. I just don't feel satisified. It seems with my frame type and bone structure that the steroids wont help much but put fat on me. Before I started I was a slim guy, and my body structure wasn't bad, but unlike some other people who juice they can build some great size on their frame. Is it me or do small frame people stay with small frames no matter the juice? My wrists are pretty small, and so are my arms, but doesn't it usually depend on the size of the bone if the body is going to build mass onto it? Is it possible that I have a chance to build a bigger frame on a small frame body?

Hey bro, about the bone structure thing. Look a Lee Priest. The guy is 5'4" and is pounds per height, one of the thickest bb's out there. But I know what you're saying. I'm 5'5" and have worked my ass off to gain 66 lbs from when I first started lifting. Although, Lee has great bb genes, I'm just saying it's possible for you to gain real size. Balls to wall, gear use, sleep, nutrition, and just as importantly as the gear use, PCT.

I know this isn't the answer you want to hear, hell no-one wants to hear it, but it just takes time. I have seen some pretty small framed friends of mine really bust out, but it took them a long time and a lot of trying to figure out what worked for them to put on mass. You'll get it eventually, you just need to keep at it and not get too discouraged. Good luck on your goals.

I know I can gain the mass, but the structure and size of the bones don't seem to have the capacity to get bigger. Let's say I have small wrists, doesn't the mass usually depend on the structure of the wrist bone. So if you have a small wrist bone, it will not gain much in mass.

asthetically, a small frame ie small wrists, knees, elbows can only make your muscles appear more pronounced. i have the same frame, very skinny joints. i know they can never handle lifting very heavy weights, but I'm not concerned about power lifts anyway. i think you're better off honestly.

Badfish is right. I have heard small joints are great for BB. It gives that shape(some say wasp look). Large joints give more mass and great for powerlifting (or possibly BB) but watch that box effect.

first of all- the amount of fat/muscle depends on ur diet- with or w/o juice.
secondly- free weights combined with correct diet increases bone mass along with muscle mass... again with or w/o juice.
and if ur a small guy like 5'5 and ur say 200- that is good. u cannot change ur height. i am 5'10 and it is difficult for me (maybe impossible) to be as big as someone who is 6'6 for instance.
and lastly as one of the other bros mentioned things take time- patience and determination go a long way in this game- even with juice.

I think I know what you're thinking bro.... You just tried your first cycle and your results aren't what you expected. I went through the same thing - the truth is there aren't many people who are happy with how they look after their first cycle. Before we actually try it, we think these "big" dudes must have done a cycle or two. Actually, they have done a cycle or TEN. Now you're faced with the reality that you'll have to do another cycle (or five) to get the results you want. You have to change your mindset regarding AAS use and realize it's just a way of hitting the fast-forward button, allowing you to gain an amount of lean mass in two or three months that would have otherwise taken six to eight months!

Training naturally, the best genetics and 100% on point diet and training will yeild a maximum of 4.5 lbs of muscle growth per month. At 75% that of a gifted bodybuilder, we could gain 3.2 lbs of muscle per month naturally. Keep in mind that this means eating six meals a day yielding 3500 to 4000 calories a day and a minimum of 300 grams of protein per day, and doing this EVERY DAY WITHOUT FAIL! Most of us don't do this, and therefore we cannot gain 3 lbs of muscle per month naturally.

With AAS, we can gain 15 - 20 pounds of legitimate muscle in 3 - 4 months. For many people, this would normally take 6 to 8 months. Keep in mind this did not occur for you on your first cycle because you were not able to complete your AAS cycle as planned (deca tragedy), you did not have any PCT, you probably did not follow your diet goals 100%, and if you're like me you aren't completely satisfied with your training every day of each week. If you add in some partying, alcohol...etc., you can see why the first cycle did not produce what you wanted.

So it's not likely a frame structure issue here, but rather a disappointment regarding the gains that you were expecting. The good news is, lots of us did the same thing, and you can now plan your 2nd cycle!

Good luck bro!

No flame on you but this is total and utter bullshit. YOu think you can gain over 3 lbs. of muscle per month naturally...no fucking way unless you think 40mg var/day is natural.
