Frame structure and steroids

Actually jubei, I agree with your OPINION.

However, Human exercise physiology states that the human body can gain 1.2 pounds of muscle per week under the perfect circumstances.

i think i have to go with jubei there- what is really important is ur experience as a BB/PL. what i mean is that if ur say 5'10 240 already then 2lbs increase in muscle a mth is fantastic. yet if ur a buck 50 to begin with at the same height then 2lbs a mth is very gettable.

Just remember bro rome wasn't built in a day. I came off my first time after feeling so full and great and 2 months after I was dissillussioned with my appearance. But don't be silly and say steroids won't do anything more then put on fat. Assess your diet and training. Get it in shape, perfect and I know things will change for you even if you have so so genetics. Best wishes.

Mike

You cannot change your bone structure with gear (maybe with GH a bit but it's not gonna make you wider). You probably will never be a pro bodybuilder even if you take twice the amounts an IFBB pro takes. The guys at the top didn't start pencil neck. That said, there are several factors:
genetic build and genetic potential. It may be that your initial genetics suck but your body reacts excellent to weight training and/or gear. The worest is people with bad genetic potential (that's me :( ). People with bad genetic potential will respond less to gear and more gear may be needed for them. A friend of mine is over 210 pounds and he uses 200mg of deca for 8-10 weeks once a year. This guy responds to gear real good. BTW: A lot of guys that respond good to gear may confuse you and may tell you your gear is bunk and stuff like that, they usually think that if they respond to gear and you don't, then you are probably not doing somthing right. This may be true, but it may also be wrong. Everybody's different.

Well its more of the bone structure than a gear problem.

I had a pretty good diet in the beginning, I was packing atleast 350g a day of protein until I got lazy towards the end. It might be genetics, but my brother is a pretty big kid, in 7th grade at 5'8 140lbs. I was a pretty skinny kid since I was small, but I was 10x stronger than any other person. Also, I'm not looking to get into BB, I just want to be satisified with a certain looking I'm trying to achieve. I'm going to purchase a digital camera soon and post some pictures.

bivk,

You don't mention your age, but once your bones fuse (atfer puberty) your frame is your frame. If your bones haven't fused and your still growing, STOP THE GEAR. It will trigger your body to stop growing.

Weight training and steroids will increase both your muscle mass and bone density, but won't increase the size of your bones. Since there is very little muscle around the wrists it's nearly impossible to increase their diameter.

Sounds like you're a ectomorph (hard gainer) like me. I graduated high school at 5'11" 145 lbs. I had great vascularity and my body fat was so low you could count all my ribs yet I had no muscle definition.

This means that no matter how hard I train, I will never look the same as a body builder with larger bones and lots of muscle fibers (a mezomorph). But, I can and do look damn good now at 38-years-old. So accept the body you were given and work to make it the best it can be.
